Supported Living Support & Care
Our care services for Supported Living are designed to cater to individuals with a range of complex needs. Our primary goal is to empower each person to live as independently as possible while ensuring their happiness, safety, and wellbeing
Our compassionate and highly trained team works tirelessly to support residents in achieving their desired lifestyle while ensuring access to 24/7 care when required.
Young People Leaving Care
Our team collaborates with young people and their social workers to evaluate their needs and determine areas where additional support is necessary for them to achieve a higher level of independence.
UASC
For unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, we provide assistance with transitioning to life in the UK, including meeting their religious needs, ESOL and other educational requirements, supporting their asylum claim with solicitors and home office appointments, and developing independent life skills to access health services.
Young Offenders
With young offenders, we provide support to address their overall needs, reduce the risk of reoffending and anti-social behavior, and assist with YOT appointments and reparations to facilitate their reintegration into the community.
